Shipping Policy

PitStopShirts partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers collaborate with local couriers, allowing us to deliver directly to your door while offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.


Order Processing

You will be charged at the time of order placement. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

We require between 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order and prepare it for shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods (such as major Formula 1 events or holidays), this may take up to 10 business days.

Once an order enters the shipping process, no changes (including address changes) can be made.

We ship exclusively on business days and do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

If your order contains multiple items (for example, different Formula 1-inspired designs), they may be shipped separately due to different manufacturing locations.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by country or region. Below are estimated delivery times (excluding the 2–5 business day processing time):

  • Western Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 4–11 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 9–15 business days
  • United States: 9–16 business days
  • Canada, Central Europe, Eastern Europe: 9–15 business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 9–16 business days

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PitStopShirts is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or logistical disruptions.


Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.


Tracking Information

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. A tracking email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

PitStopShirts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your shipping carrier and file a claim.

For damaged items, contact us immediately with tracking details. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If the address provided is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, PitStopShirts is not responsible for replacement or recovery.
